Schedule

• Day 1: from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.


• Day 2: from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Objectives

• Improve the technical movements skining up.


• Improve the technique of the "Kick turn".


• Know and evolve with the latest technical and didactic advances.


• Analyze the application of the technique by studying video recordings.

Clinic Content

• Basic technical elements.


• Study and improvement of the “kick turn”, transitions,…


• Analysis of movements and technical gestures.


• Application of the technique in different snow conditions on the skining up (blades, edging, ...)


• Search for victims in avalanches and how to use safety equipment (ARVA, shovel and probe)


• C.R.. and Accidents insurance included.

Required level for participants

• Min knowledge of how to make Kick turns.


• Good physical condition.


• The terraine where the clinic will be taught, will be subject to weather, snow conditions and avalanche risk.

The Clinic does NOT include

• Material: Cross-country skiing, cross-country ski boots, adjustable cranpon and ice axes, ARVA, shovel and probe. Backpack in which skis can be transported. (We can advise on the rental if such material is not available)


• Accommodation. * We can provide you with different accommodation options.
