Hamarøyskaftet is a mountain in Hamarøy Municipality in Nordland county, Norway. The 612-metre (2,008 ft) mountain is a characteristic landmark of the region.
Sydpilaren or the South Pilar of Stetind is the most famous proper climbing route on Stetind and probably in Norway. It is a real classic, worthy of its reputation.
This is Norway's national mountain, and no wonder. It's a perfect obelisk with sweeping ridges rising straight from the sea.
